Crockpot Honey Bourbon Chicken

Crockpot Honey Bourbon Chicken

Yet again another super easy recipe (of course). We really enjoyed this dish but by personal preference I would probably use thighs next time I make this. I also don’t measure anything and it came out a little spicier than we like but overall it was very good. So don’t be like me, measure your chili flakes! Down to business, here’s the recipe I followed for the chicken. For the rice I just did the boil in the bag and added butter.  Honey Bourbon Chicken  2lbs of chicken breast  salt & pepper  1 cup honey 1 cup low sodium soy...

Crockpot Fried Apples

Long time, no cook. Seriously, I swear we have been living off of DoorDash for the last several months. We have moved and welcomed a new baby and while I was pregnant I was either in and out of the hospital, to tired, or couldn't stand long enough to cook. It has only been six days and I finally am feeling a little more like my old self and decided to whip up a little snack for the many, many times I'm up in the middle of the night. This was super easy to dump in and go about my...

Haley's Crockpot Chili

Haley's Crockpot Chili

This is definitely one of my new faves, as I have never been a huge fan of chili. Originally, this was called TeKa's Chili because I had made it for Harper's Moana birthday party, but since it really isn't all that spicy, I decided to change it. Quick, easy, and cheap. Ingredients: 1 Can of Chili Bean 1 can of dark red kidney beans 1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilis some diced onion- this is optional, so add to your liking 1 lb of burger some crushed garlic cloves 1/2 tsp of cumin powder 3/4 tsp of chili...

Crockpot Hot Chocolate

This one was not my favorite y’all! I thought the chocolate flavor was good, but it was so sweet and it was a little thick. It may have even been too sweet for  Buddy the Elf. So if you’re all about the sweetness, this one is for you, even adding some Peppermint Vodka just didn’t cut it enough for me.  Ingredients  14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 cup heavy whipping cream 8 cups milk 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 cups milk chocolate chips Instructions Add all ingredients to your slow cooker. Mix well and allow to cook for 3-4...

Mini Cherry Cobblers

Mini Cherry Cobblers

This was new and fun for me. I have never made a cobber before but this was delish. I searched Pinterest to find a recipe but didn't really find anything to fit with the supplies I had on hand, and this time of year, I cannot find Cherries anywhere, unless its a filling, so that is all I had on hand. Seriously , if you don't have a pastry blender, they're about $8 on Amazon, just grab one! Your arm will thank you later.  Ingredients For the Cherry Filling 1 Can of Cherry pie filling 1/3 cup brown sugar 1 tbsp of...
